Short answer, yes, radio waves are a form of electromagnetic radiation and are slightly refracted as it passes through a convex lens. The refractive index of simple lenses varies according to the wavelength of light used when (which is like a prism reveals a rainbow) and radio waves have wavelengths so long that the effect is negligible.
